Who I am and how to reach me

I am the person responsible for your data: Lara Rose. For anything to do with your privacy, you can write to me at info@lararoseofficial.com.

For the sake of discretion, my full tax identification details are not published on the website. If you need them, ask me by that email and I will provide them.

What data I collect

I only collect what you give me when you fill in the contact form. There is no other place on the website where any data about you is collected.

On that form you provide me with:

• First name and surname
• Email address
• Telephone number (optional)
• Age
• City
• How long you would like to book
• Preferred date (optional)
• Preferred time (optional)
• A free message with whatever you wish to tell me
• The box in which you confirm that you are over 18 and that you have read the booking information

What I use your data for

I use what you write only to read your enquiry, reply to you and, if we reach an agreement, arrange the meeting. Nothing more.

I do not advertise, I do not send you any newsletter, I do not share or sell your data to anyone, and I do not build profiles or make automated decisions about you.

The legal basis

I handle your data because you give me your consent when you tick the box and send the form. Without that step, I receive nothing.

You can withdraw that consent whenever you like by writing to me at info@lararoseofficial.com, and I will stop handling your data.

How long I keep it

I keep your messages only for as long as I need to deal with your enquiry and the appointment. After that, I delete them.

If you would rather I deleted them sooner, tell me and I will.

Who else can see it

Your data is read by me and no one else. For technical reasons alone it may pass through two other hands: the email provider I use to receive and reply to your messages (Google) and the company that hosts the website's server, which is based in the European Union.

No one else has access to what you tell me.

Cookies and browser storage

This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels and no embedded social media.

The only thing I store is one item in your browser's local storage, called lr_mayor, so that you are not shown the age confirmation notice every time you visit. It does not identify you, and you can remove it by clearing your browser's data.

The website also serves its fonts and all its other files from its own server. As you browse, no request is made to any external service, so your IP address does not reach any third party.

Your rights and how to exercise them

When it comes to your data, you can ask me at any time to:

• Give you access to what I hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete it
• Object to my handling it
• Ask me to restrict its use
• Take it elsewhere (portability)

To exercise any of these rights, write to me at info@lararoseofficial.com. All of this is granted to you by the General Data Protection Regulation.

And if you feel I have not dealt with your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Minors

This website is for adults over 18 only, and I do not collect data from minors.

If an enquiry from a minor were to reach me, I delete it without reading it.

Links to other websites

On the website you will find a link to a wish list hosted on throne.com. That page is nothing to do with me, has its own terms and does not depend on this website.

Once you go there, your data no longer passes through me.
